It has a total of 6 rooms with exterior light, 3 bathrooms, living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a convertible bunk sofa bed.
On the first floor is the kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and bathroom.
On the second floor a room with two single beds of 90 with a small room attached with a sofa bed and bathroom and another room with convertible sofa in bunk bed and bathroom. Third floor room with double bed and bathroom.
The third floor has access to the first terrace with shower and a small office and this has a staircase that goes up to the top which is a beautiful viewpoint overlooking the entire city and from where you can see the Giralda.
This fantastic holiday apartment is located just 15 minutes walk away is the main monumental area of Seville, where we find the Cathedral with its Giralda, the Archbishop's Palace, and the Plaza del Triunfo, with access to the Patio de Banderas, the Alcazar and the Archive of the Indies.
The Metropol Parasol, also called Setas de Sevilla, is just 11 minutes walk from our apartment. Considered as the largest wooden structure in the world. It has Antiquarium, tourist information point, market, restaurants and upstairs, the walkways, a small bar and the viewpoint at 28.5 meters high, from which you can admire the skyline of Seville.
The famous Sevillian streets of Tetuán, Sierpes and Cuna are only 12 minutes away. Here you will find stores of the best international and couture brands.
Just two minutes walk you have the Alameda de Hércules, one of the most attractive urban spaces in the historic center of Seville where leisure, culture and art meet. It is the oldest public garden in Europe, and the largest square in the center of Seville. Surrounded by bars, cafes, performance halls, restaurants and tea shops, the charm of the Alameda is in the mix of environments, styles, cultures and people of all ages, combining that artistic-cultural air of other times, with the style most bohemian, alternative and underground of recent times.
Y a dos minutos también a pie tienes la calle Feria, una de las calles de mayor personalidad de la ciudad de Sevilla. Debe su nombre a la feria o mercadillo de los Jueves que se celebra en ella desde el siglo XIII, siendo el más antiguo de la ciudad.
